Who can vote early?
Any person registered to vote in Baltimore County may do, regardless of their normal polling place.

When can I vote?
All early voting locations are open 10:00am until 8:00pm daily. Early voting for the Primary Election begins Friday, September 3rd and runs through Thursday, September 9th (excluding Sundays).

For the General Election, early voting opens Friday, October 22nd and closes Thursday, October 28th (excluding Sundays).
